Beginning with the class of 2010, all Conway County students who graduate from participating high schools and earn four consecutive School Counts program certificates are eligible to receive a scholarship of up to $1000 to attend the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, including a $250 tuition waiver from the college.
