Starting with the class of 2010, when a student graduates from high school having met the School Counts criteria not only will they receive a diploma, they will receive a workforce certificate that can be presented to area employers proving they have prepared themselves to be valuable employees. Every student in Conway County who meets the School Counts requirements will be guaranteed $1,000 in tuition assistance for up to 4 semesters at the University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton.
